British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the pair met personally to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two-time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

Still, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge paydays.

The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.
